Pseudo-legendary Pokémon

 

Pseudo-legendary Pokémon is a fan term commonly used to refer to any Pokémon that has a three-stage evolution line, 1,250,000 experience at level 100 they also have a base stat total of 600. They also have two types and are usually immune to at least one other type.

 

 There are six Pokémon considered to be pseudo-legendary Pokémon

 

Generation 1

 

Dragonite : The first pseudo legendary Pokémon. This Dragon / Flying Pokemon has balanced and well rounded stats. It has high attack, and above average stats otherwise.  

 

 

 

 

 

Generation 2

 

Tyranitar : The second pseudo-legendary Pokémon. This Rock / Dark type has a focus on power and durability. Tyranitar sacrifices Speed to have tremendous bulk and skill. It has the Sand Stream Ability to always create a permanent sandstorm, which takes advantage of its Rock typing to further increase its high Special Defense by 50%. Tyranitar however is the slowest pseudo legendary.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Generation 3

 

Salamence : The third pseudo legendary Pokémon. This once again is a Dragon / Flying Pokémon. Due to Salamence having the same typing as Dragonite, it differs itself by focusing on attacking. Both its attack and special attack are high aswell as its speed. Salamence has the lowest defenses of all pseudo legendary Pokemon.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Metagross : The forth pseudo legendary Pokemon. This is a Steel / Psychic Pokémon. Stats wise very similar to Tyranitar, Metagross focuses on power and durability, utilizing its Steel typing, the most defensive type, to compliment its very high attack, high defenses, and relatively low speed. Metagross has the highest base Defense of all the pseudo-legendary Pokémon.     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Generation 4  

 

 

Garchomp : The fifth pseudo legendary Pokémon. This is a Dragon / Ground Pokémon. Garchomp focuses on  versatility. Garchomp has high speed, high HP, and high attack with a versatile selection of moves at its disposal. Garchomp has the fewest resistances but has the highest Hp and Speed of all the pseudo legendary Pokémon.    

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Generation 5  

 

 Hydreigon : The sixth pseudo legendary Pokémon. This is a Dark / Dragon type. Hydreigon the only pseudo-legendary Pokémon that does not have a base stat over 125, but it is also the only pseudo-legendary Pokémon that does not have a base stat under 90. Hydreigon has the highest special attack of all pseudo legendary Pokémon and with multiple type immunities but has the lowest base attack of all psedo legendary Pokémon.
